The AIA Houston Women in Architecture Committee presents the 9th Annual Equity Series:
What We Carry: Unspoken Paths to Workplace Well-being.
Women’s health challenges are often treated as private matters, limiting transparency, empathy, and meaningful support. This year’s Equity Series brings these realities to the forefront by exploring how individuals and leaders can reshape workplace culture to better reflect the lived experiences of women.
