A lot of people have been asking me about personal training and fitness lately. I know my availability is limited but this is a way to get guidance and direction in your training even if our schedules don't link up. It's not a typical online workout where I just post something for everyone to do every day. It's individual based and I actually go in and design these myself to tailor to each individual. That's why I charge $100/month. I base the workouts on your goals, your schedule, current physical capabilities, and the equipment available to you. I pay for an app service that makes it user friendly and even has video demos for you. As for my background on the fitness side, before I became a full time MMA coach I did this for a living. I was a trainer at commercial gyms. I was a regional champ powerlifter and awarded P4P outstanding lifter in the region. I've been doing this since I got out of high school. Whether your goal is for a sport or just personal hit me up. Also if you want to meet in person I do have some limited slots available. If we can't make the in person work I can also suggest some great trainers to you in the area who can make those times work.

For all my weight cutters that didn't know. Leaning back with arms out on the scale and blowing all the air out of your lungs can drop you 0.4 lbs or more. Leaning forward on the scale will make you gain weight. So when you're on the verge lean back, arms out, and exhale! Don't believe me then try it.
