With ACs cranking full time again, it's a good time to blow out all your AC drain lines with compressed air and pour some bleach down them. Check your water heater pans for water, too while you are in the attic. If you have water in your water heater pan and you don't see a leak in the line, your tank may be failing. Standard tank warranties are only 6 years these days!
