What 3 things are you grateful for? Have a Merry Christmas from the Toni Says team!!

It comes from happiness researcher Shawn Achor, author of “The Happiness Advantage.” He says, at the end of every day take a few minutes to think of three new things you're grateful for and why. Then, write them down so you can go back and look at them at the end of the week. By doing that, you train your brain to become more optimistic. Achor says, do that for 21 days in a row and you’ll start to see a path to more meaning in your life.
