2. Master the art of multitasking.

3. Distinguish "leisure time" and "down time". Use down time for productivity and be intentional about leisure time.

Another win for Stephens Reed & Armstrong, PLLC! Last year a judge ruled that my client's lien was fraudulent and removed it from a property. I respectfully told the judge that he could not summarily remove my lien under the circumstances. He did it anyway so I appealed.⁣

Happy to report that the 1st Court of Appeals got it right, reversed and reinstated my client's lien! ⁣
