Hi, I have spent 38 years activity involved in promoting sustainability "green buildings" before there was even a "green". I began studying solar and hvac technologies at Texas State Technical College in 1979. A year later I was involved in over 100 solar water heating installations (domestic hot water, swimming pools and spas). At the end of that year the industry dried up partially due to the elimination of tax credits for solar. A year later I began studying architecture. I received a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M in 1989 while concurrently serving in the US Air Force Reserves in a heavy construction combat mobility squadron, RED HORSE. I have always had an eye on sustainability and affordability. My experience goes beyond the drawing board (and/or AutoCad) in that I have physically worked in nearly every trade in the construction industry, actually hands on! I can help with renovations too!
