PROPS: Yoga Mat, Wall, Yoga Belt, Yoga Chair, Blankets,
Blocks & Medium Large Pilates ball.

RECOMENDED: set up in a quiet and safe environment with
a wall handy for support.

DON'T FORGET: To join class before class actually starts & check your monitors + sound system.
