Man charged with murder in death of popular Montrose bartender after turning himself in, police say Brandon Rashad McKinney was charged Wednesday with murder in the shooting death of Tiffany Rodriguez.

Last night they were both arguing inside Lola's Depot Houston Texas .

Shortly afterwards, the young lady was found shot in the head, bleeding in the parking lot.

HE TOLD MULTIPLE PEOPLE HE WAS HEADED TO THE AUSTIN AREA!!!
