Happy 14th Birthday, GAMBIT CONSTRUCTION! 🎉🧡
Legend has it, Gambit was started the way all great business stories should: with two friends, a diner table, and the first version of the business plan written out on a napkin.
Fourteen years later, that vision from Chris Gray and Ronnie Rabbitt has grown into something much bigger: a company built on persistence, resilience, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Over the last 14 years, America and the construction industry have been tested again and again — through major economic shifts, market uncertainty, historic storms, labor and supply challenges, and the kind of pressure that reveals which companies are built to last. Through it all, Gambit has kept showing up — standing stronger than ever for our multifamily partners and continuing to raise the bar for construction done right. 💪

We had an incredible time with our partners at AOG Living during their annual Leadership Conference at Moody Gardens in Galveston!
From great conversations and time in the Texas sun, to dinner, dancing, and celebrating alongside an amazing team — it was easy to see the fun, strong culture that makes AOG Living so special.

The Gambit Construction team had a great time at the recent RPM Living Maintenance Appreciation gathering in Houston! 🛠️🧡
It was a hot one, so we were glad to show up with some cold drinks, branded coolers, and join in on a little raffle fun while spending time with the hardworking maintenance teams who keep communities running every day.
We always appreciate the chance to socialize, say thank you, and recognize the guys on-site who make such a big impact on our industry! 💪
Gambit's first AAGD Trade Show was one to remember!
We’re truly grateful for the incredible turnout, great conversations, and warm welcome from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and everyone that came by the booth. We were proud to bring out some awesome swag and loved watching everyone grab it up as we spread the word that Gambit's in town and excited to serve DFW!

From the moment the gates opened, the place was rocking and the party set the tone for an unforgettable week in Fort Worth for Texas Apartment Association ONE Conference week.
This event is our way of showing appreciation to all the hardworking people in our industry who keep multifamily moving across Texas—and there’s no better way to do it than boots on the ground, music in the air, and a true Texas-style celebration!
