So this year for my birthday all I wanted was to be the healthiest I've ever been.. during the pandemy I put on weight and I needed to get healthy. and after seeing peers and others pass suddenly I knew I had to do something to be here for my family and myself..I'm still on the journey but I'm taking it day by day... happy birthday to me and I hope to be here for years to Come... love y'all YESSSSSSSS.. and much love to my online trainers and motivators .b.ifbbpro
