Today, Core Values Matter More Than Ever. While uncertainty looms, companies are having to shift their focus and strategies, but its corporate values should remain constant.

Without values, it is easy to make decisions and to take actions that may appear to make sense in the short-term but may hurt our long-term viability. We strive to ensure that our values guide our business decisions, our actions and our behaviors.

Our core values are the foundation in which we develop strategies, perform work and generally conduct our business. They inspire and guide our work processes. They define how we interact with our employees and clients and are the basis of the strategies we employ in order to achieve our mission and vision. They are the basis on which every one of our employees make key decisions. Core values do matter, especially when times demand consistency from someone you can depend upon to provide the best safety services in the industry.

Super Bowl Sunday is one of America’s biggest and most entertaining national sporting events for friends and families gathering to socialize and watch the big game, but it has also become one of the nation’s most dangerous days on the roadways due to impaired driving.

Impaired-driving crashes, and fatalities, can be prevented by designating a sober driver. Here are some additional tips:

- Designate your sober driver before the party begins and give that person your car keys.

- Avoid drinking too much alcohol too fast by pacing yourself – eat enough food, take breaks, and alternate with non-alcoholic drinks.

- If you don’t have a designated driver, ask a sober friend for a ride home; call a cab, friend, or family member to come and get you; or just stay where you are and sleep it off until you are sober.

- Never let a friend leave your sight if you think they are about to drive while impaired. Remember, “fans don’t let fans drive drunk.”

- Always buckle up – it’s still your best defense against other impaired drivers.

Enjoy the game responsibly!
