Fourteen years ago, Jorge Clemente walked into Halliburton as an intern, beginning a journey that would span continents and disciplines.

From his start in drilling repair and maintenance to his current role as an electrical mechanical technician III, his career has taken him to Angola, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, and Guyana. Each move added technical depth and global perspective.

With 14 years of experience, Jorge is motivated by diverse teams, complex projects, continuous learning, and the progress that comes from collaboration.
