Yes, you read that correctly...screening adolescents for bariatric surgery. I make no judgement whatsoever. Rather, I look at this as an incredible opportunity to produce a high quality, eye-catching illustration that will engage pediatricians and stimulate their interest in learning more. Most people will never truly understand the great lengths physicians go to in order to stay current in their knowledge of medicine. It's very satisfying to participate in that endeavour through illustration.
