Stand Up for Children Gala will feature Emmy award-winning comedian, actor, and writer Ian Karmel, lots of laughs, and an opportunity to improve the lives of Texas children.

Stand Up raises critical funds for CHILDREN AT RISK to support our mission to improve the quality of life for children across Texas. We welcome you to join us for a memorable evening of cocktails, dining, an auction, and not-to-be-missed comedy entertainment!

Arboretum & Nature Center presents ’s best festival, , set for Saturday, Oct. 18th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Bring the kids out for the Houston Arboretum’s biggest family event of the year, featuring fun activities for all ages. Arboretum Members can attend for free, and all proceeds benefit the Arboretum’s mission of nature education and conservation.

Little ghouls and goblins should head on over to ArBOOretum to play, learn, and enjoy a special day of activities. The popular Trick-or-Treat Nature Trail will lead kids on an adventure of discovery where they will learn about creatures that live at the Arboretum, while collecting candy along the way
Free for members and children under age 3
$20 for nonmembers ages 3 and up
