3F Fight Fit

Due to life being really busy, there is a schedule change in store for Findley Fighting & Fitness. Mon. 5:30pm to 6:30pm., Tue. 5:30pm to 6:30pm, Thurs. 5:30pm to 6:30pm. there may be a Saturday early morning fitness but thats still in the works.

2 hours of trapping and knife sparring, what better way to end a rest day. Can't wait for Saturday
