-- OIL FREE - Cashew Tofu. Crispy, oven "fried" tofu tossed in a vegan hoisin sauce with roasted cashews and broccoli. Served with a side of rice. $14

--OIL FREE, GF -- Enchiladas Verde. 3 spinach, mushroom and corn enchiladas topped with verde sauce and fresh pico de gallo. $14

RAW -- Mexican "Rice" Bowl. Raw vegan Mexican rice bowl with riced cauliflower, tomatoes, bell pepper, sprouted lentils, Mexican spices and lime, topped with guacamole, fresh cilantro. $13

--OIL FREE -- Ancho Cauli-Lentil Tacos. Riced cauliflower and lentils in a spicy ancho sauce served up in a whole wheat tortilla with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and poblano cream sauce. 3 tacos per order. $12

Cubano Sandwich -- our vegan pulled "pork" spiced with the flavors of Havana, pickles, vegan ham and vegan white (swiss style) cheeze layered up on crusty bread and grilled. Served with a side of plantain chips. Don't miss this one! $14

Beyond Brat with 3 Bean Chili -- a juicy Beyond Brat served with a side of our housemade chili on a pretzel bun, with cheeze and onions to top it off. Comes with a side of fritos. $14

Fried Chick'n and Mac -- our house made Chick'n seitan fried golden crisp and served atop a pile of mac n cheeze with a drizzle of buffalo ranch sauce. Just Yum. (Sauce and chick'n served on the side so nothing gets soggy!) $14
