Why wouldn't God let the Holy Spirit come back to earth unless Jesus was gone? Weren't they together in the past? Jn.16:7

WHY ARE FOLKS STILL REPENTING FOR SINS IF JESUS DIED FOR THE SINS OF WORLD?DID JESUS DIE TO MAKE REPENTANCE VALID??

The"Unspoken truth" concerning Jesus dying for sins is really that Jesus died to grant amnesty from the punishment of lawlessness.
