We’re thrilled to share that Coach Mike Nordmann has been named GULF Swimming’s Age Group Coach of the Year for 2024–2025, recognizing programs under 300 swimmers! 🏆

Mike’s leadership has transformed our age group program—from foundational skill development to championship-level performance. This year alone we saw huge time drops, increased TAGS qualifiers, and our strongest championship performances yet.

Beyond results, Mike has built a culture where athletes feel supported, motivated, and excited to improve every day.
