We just wrapped up the final session of Q Street's Professional Development Series: Career Navigation!

Over 4 sessions, we welcomed LGBTQ+ professionals from every corner of DC, from Capitol Hill staffers, recent grads, federal employees, and seasoned advocates looking to sharpen their edge.

Led by The Method Coach, each 90-minute session delivered live coaching, real-time resume and cover letter strategy, peer feedback, and practical tools to navigate change and land the next opportunity.
