These are some of my fave foods.

So when my doctor told me last week that these foods were contributing to my illness. I was floored. Shocked.

How?!?! They are good foods! They serve so many people!! So many people eat rice daily - like my Middle Eastern in-laws - rice is life (as is ice cream, btw… just saying.) - how can it be hurting me?? Holding me back?
