Save yourself some time and take this information the next time your buyer doesn’t tell you what area to start. Looking close to home may be where their dream home will be.

There are many excuses that we can put on why we don’t do what we need to do, but one of the biggest reasons that holds us back is, fear.

Fear of failing, fear of being not good enough, and so on. But in our opinion, fear is just a temporary feeling that is cured by action. Take action and do something that scares you because you’ll never progress if you’re just on stand by.
