I am learning more & more about the past and current struggles of POC. I know I will never fully understand. And I also know that I should still try to understand Bias and Intersectionality - what has come before - where things are today - and the part that we all play. Because without opening my mind and my frame of reference, I am part of the problem.

It may not be comfortable, but I believe it’s vital and worthwhile. Join me.
