Working at a desk for long periods of time has shown to have a negative effect on your body. It can cause pain and tightness in your neck, shoulders, back, and legs. Here are some ways to avoid that!
• Stand up and walk around the office every 2 hours.
• Raise your monitor to eye level so you aren’t looking down or up.
• Invest in a good chair! Make sure you have lumbar support.
• Book a stretch session!
