A consistently GREAT WORKOUT. High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT). A curved treadmill uses more of your body strength to operate therefore more energy is expounded, muscle mass is used and allows the user to run on the balls of the feet (and heel strike) as in a natural setting. The aerobic fitness is superior to a traditional use burning more calories. Considering your facility, this non traditional workout because of less friction so less heat wares the building’s transport system. Another tip from your fellow ACFT enthusiast.
