I’ll never be a trainer who doesn’t take my own advice. I’m a walking product of my brand ! Gotta look the part & put in the work.
In august I was - drinking more, working out 4x a wk but not prioritizing veggies / & too many cheat days
jan - hiit/cardio 2x a wk, i only drink 2-3 times a month, i workout 4x a wk, do less cheat days & meal prepping more!
