It’s hard to believe that Well Week 2025 has officially come to a close, what a great week! Huge thank you to all of our amazing partners and supporters in the food and beverage industry!

Well Week ends tonight but the services that provides for food & beverage workers run year round. Tomorrow is one of the two monthly groups IHWSH sponsors will take place. Bring yourself or a friend- it's a safe place to fight the burnout or start the hard conversations. If you take anything from Well Week- know it's just as much a sharing of resources as it is a fundraiser. Spread the word- services are out there. Check out the incredible BBQ and spirit free drinks at Blood Bros BBQ this weekend! They’re donating a portion of their proceeds to help provide free mental health care to food and beverage workers through Well Week!

This year, Feges BBQ Spring Branch will serve up slices of its legendary, perfect-for-the-fall-season Rum Raisin Bread Pudding for WellWeek. Dark raisins are soaked in rum syrup before getting stirred into a rich pudding batter, poured over day-old bread pieces, and baked. A drizzle of caramel finishes it off. Treat yourself to a slice and support mental health!

Honeychild’s Sweet Creams will be donating a portion of their proceeds this weekend to support access to mental health care! Each of their unique signature ice creams is developed with local, seasonal ingredients. Go give them a try this weekend and support Well Week!

Coltivare just added their Well Week special, The Ganbatte, to their menu! Sour plum shrub, white wine vinegar, and elderflower tonic make this drink bright and bubbly. The name for the drink is a nod to Well Week’s mission: In Japanese, ganbatte means “do your best,” a gentle reminder to keep going. Give it a try before 10/26 and a portion of each drink will support mental health initiatives!
