What began as a water restoration project for the first floor, turned into a full home prep for sale. 5600sqft, 12 weeks total.

We began this project in June and finished the bathrooms and kitchen in August. Love it.

Maple cabinets hand built on site. Tight tolerances from the architecture firm and an old home which settled far out of square made this a tricky project. But we’re thrilled with the result. . .
