Turn your favorite leafy greens into a nutrient-dense snack or side dish with ease.
3+3 (ingredients + minutes)
3 ingredients: Avocado or coconut oil, a bunch of hearty greens (such as kale or collard greens), and any spices or seasoning of your choosing, except salt of course.
Step #1: Gather your ingredients. You’ll need one bunch of kale (chopped and destemmed), 1 tablespoon of avocado or coconut oil, and a sprinkle of your favorite seasonings no-salt seasonings.
Step #2: Simply coat the greens with oil and seasonings. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F until your greens are lightly golden a crispy!
Enjoy as a snack or with a grilled or baked protein for a healthy meal!
