#1 Shades of Green - green is the color of year! We’ll be seeing more green than ever before. Design

#2 Florals - floral patterns will show up everywhere from wallpaper to accents and textiles. Design

#3 Divided spaces - open floor plans are going out of style as many people continue to work from home. There will be fewer open floor plans in new builds and more walls separating designed spaces especially home offices. Design

#4 Dark moody colors - bold color made a comeback last year and it’s here to stay! We’ll be seeing more dark kitchens and less neutrals in 2022.
