Currently we are expanding and we’re looking for an inside sales agent to join our growing team. We are looking for outgoing, motivated, organized, customer-focused problem solvers who have great communication skills.
Requirements for Employment
Computer, reliable internet connection and access to a quiet environment.
Speak english proficiently and have excellent written skills.
Be coachable and exhibit a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualities for Employment
Exceptional communication skills, including oral and written, but with extremely strong phone skills
Has listening skills and is able to uncover potential opportunities; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Occupational Responsibilities
Engage with prospects primarily using outbound phone calls and some text messages to generate appointments for the acquisitions team.
Respond to all inbound communications from prospects in a timely manner
Clearly documenting each interaction with a prospect, then planning and scheduling the next interaction based upon the current interaction
Consistently follow up with prospects using sms, phone calls, and emails channels or by any means necessary to engage with our prospects
This position pays Base + Commission

Real estate investment firm hiring Disposition Manager to handle negotiation and sale of property inventory. The Texas Marketplace is a 5-year old company in Houston TX, buying and selling investment properties all over the metroplex, as well as many other markets in Texas and the United States.
The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, has a strong attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales, negotiation, organization and, of course, excellent communication skills. The PERFECT candidate will have all those qualities, as well as be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with investors and investor partners • Research and contact new buyers
• Communicate with real estate agents, attorneys, and any other relevant third parties as needed
• Receive and review buyer/investor purchase contracts
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions
• Manage CRM and continually update
• Participate in ongoing training
• Take the transaction from contract to close Qualifications:
• Valid Real Estate License is not required, but a plus
• Must be bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Must be a strong communicator
• Must be willing to be part of a team, engaging and supportive of others
• Must have a positive attitude and be coachable
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Computer proficiency
