prosecutors have been called to the judge's after trying to call a witness and add a video to evidence that is not in the native language of English.
Defense says they can not work with someone that can not fully speak English.
Judge says it is not allowed without an qualified interpreter in the court, also saying documents have to be produced 45 days before trial.
The prosecutors say the recording is of Fort Bend County Judge KP George saying loaned myself $76,000 and I raised $46,000.
However, defense is fighting the video from being used in court calling it an ambush. The judge has pulled both side to the stand in
Defense saying prosecutors hid the video from them and exposed it at the 9th hour, also saying prosecution never identified the witness as a expert witness.
Prosecution says the video is an omission of everything he loaned, and owed.
10:33 A.M. Judge Maggie Jaramillo reprimanded both the prosecution and defense for arguing in front of the court and called an immediate break.
