While other mobile mechanics charge an upfront fee or service fee to come out, that's one of the perks with us. We don't ever charge for that. We are always upfront and honest with charges and you know exactly where your hard earned money is going.

We had customer down in the Clear Lake area that was already convinced they needed an alternator on their Odyssey due to it stalling out and having to be jump started. They even had their van towed home due to the repeated issue. One of our techs was completely booked up and wasn't going to make it in time so our tech from The Woodlands area took off to diagnose the vehicle. What our tech found was mind blowing. Not 1 but both battery terminals were loose. Got everything tightened down rechecked everything and closed the repair order out due to everything checking out great. Best part of the job was knowing we did the right thing and not charge them. Shook their hands and told them we'll see y'all next issue. Now could we have just said yep you have a bad alternator? 100% because they already had it in their mind and was ready but that's NOT who we are.
