It's been a while since I last created ✨magic✨ but here I am...
Making a semi-vegan chocolate raspberry cake. I say semi-vegan bc I had spare buttermilk to use up & used semi-sweet chocolate for the drip. Otherwise, I could have totally made it full on vegan. Still tweaking this recipe a bit, but definitely worthy of showing off. Glad I still got the skills even though I'm a little rough & still setting up my kitchen fully.

Yesterday I got confirmation! If you follow my Instagram you'll know that I've decided to start my business Bea's Sweets as a vendor in farmer's markets around the Houston area.

I want to thank my dad Jose Torres for putting me through school and always encouraging me to dream bigger than life itself.
Thank you to my boyfriend Luis for always being a strong supporter in all of my dreams. He always manages to be patient and take on the household load whenever necessary. And a special thank you to my dear friend, Melissa Jinks for providing me with guidance and being so kind through this process, I couldn't have done it without you!!

I'm excited to be one step closer to making my dreams come true. If I've learned anything is that the universe will put you in situations for a reason and you have to trust the process.
