UNSOUND follows 8 musicians as they transform their struggles with mental health into raw, authentic art through the creation of Psychosis to Song, a groundbreaking compilation album.

Recorded at Houston’s Wire Road Studios, the project captures the intersection between creativity and psychosis. Released on CIA Records and produced by Dan Workman and Nikki Hune on December 31, 2024, the album and film challenge stigma, celebrate resilience, and showcase the unique inner worlds of musicians. Written and Directed by Daniel Garcia. Produced by The MendCenter.

ABOUT THE ALBUM:
PSYCHOSIS TO SONG is a collection of recordings that resulted from collaborations between musicians who have a history of psychosis, made to explore the therapeutic mechanisms between music and mental health.
