We’re thrilled to welcome Tom Smith as our newest Honorary Board Member at 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀!

Tom is a retired 2nd Grade Detective from the NYPD, where he dedicated his career to keeping communities safe. He served in elite units like Bronx Narcotics and the FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force, leading international terrorism investigations across 18 countries and even coordinating a successful hostage rescue in Afghanistan!

His incredible work earned him a spot in the National Law Enforcement Officers Hall of Fame and the Lifetime Achievement Award. 👏

Tom is passionate about teaching as a guest lecturer at Dominican University and serves as the VP/COO at Impact Solutions, providing alternative security solutions. Oh, and did we mention he co-hosts the Gold Shields podcast? 🎙️ If you haven’t checked it out yet, y'all are missing out!
