WJM is proud to announce the addition of Jackson Brol (Business Manager/Project Manager) to our team.

Jackson will be instrumental in developing processes and streamlining procedures to make our clients experience building with WJM even more enjoyable. In addition to his role as WJM Business Manager, Jackson will manage medium to large scale commercial and residential projects.

Jackson Brol is a results driven leader with over 12 years of success in business operations, project management, and technical ex*****on. He holds a BBA from Sam Houston State University, along with advanced studies in professional chemistry. For six years, Jackson owned and operated his own company under an exclusive contract with the City of Houston, delivering high profile municipal projects with precision, efficiency, and accountability. Known for driving innovation and streamlining operations, he blends strategic vision with hands on expertise to consistently create measurable value. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys hunting and fishing but most importantly, spending quality time with his beautiful family Aliyah and Hudson Brol.
