If you’ve never had málà before—it’s that classic Sichuan combo of chili heat + that signature numbing peppercorn kick that slowly creeps up on you (and somehow keeps you going back for another bite).

Simple setup. Steam in the air. Locals posted up like it’s their regular midnight ritual. Honestly one of those meals that just hits different after hours.
