Not starting over in January.
Just continuing.
5 months into this fitness journey — and honestly, this mindset applies to everything I care about.
Business. Health. Relationships. Leadership.
The best results I’ve ever created didn’t come from “new year, new me” energy.
They came from deciding who I was becoming… and letting my actions catch up over time.
In 2020, I decided I was going to become a 7-figure business owner and create generational wealth.
Every year since, my habits, skills, and standards have aligned with that identity. And so have my results.
In 2025, I decided I was going to become an athlete and build the strongest version of myself.
Same process. Same patience. Same long game.
None of this resets with a calendar.
It compounds when you stay consistent long enough for it to work.
So… Yeah.
Not starting over.
Just continuing to get better & better for the next decade+.
Follow along if you’re doing the same. ♾️

The loud version of wealth gets attention.
The calm version changes your life.
Not worrying about bills.
Not panicking when something unexpected comes up.
Not feeling trapped because money only comes from one place.
Not being tied down to one location.
Don’t get me wrong— I love nice things too. The trips, the cars, the watches, all of that is cool…
But actual freedom is the version of wealth I care about.
And it’s the version I help people build.
If you’re focused on long-term stability, multiple income streams, and creating a life that actually feels peaceful,
DM me FREEDOM and let’s talk.
Going with the flow was cute… until I realized it was costing me the life I actually wanted. 🙃
For most of my early 20s, I let life just… happen to me.
I stayed optimistic, but passive. I trusted things would “work out,” even though I wasn’t doing anything to make them work out.
I knew what I wanted, but I wasn’t actively choosing it.
I wasn’t leading my life. I was coasting through it.
I said yes when I meant no.
I people-pleased my way into situations that didn’t align.
I avoided getting specific about my goals because specificity meant responsibility.
Health, money, my future… all things I cared about, but wasn’t intentional with.
And honestly? It caught up to me.
I became burnt out, financially stressed, lost, and felt absolutely purposeless.
I took a good look at my life and realized time was passing whether I took it seriously or not.
And that was my wake-up call.
So here are the 3 things I had to stop doing before anything changed:
1. Saying yes to things that didn’t align.
2. Waiting for someone else to choose me, validate me, or lead me.
3. Pretending I didn’t care about the life I actually wanted.
I learned skills that didn’t come naturally to me.
I built discipline.
I started saying yes only to things that leveled me up.
And that intention created everything I have now —
freedom, confidence, impact, income, love.
If you’re in your “I’m done floating” era, message me “INFO.”
I’ll show you the model that helped me lead my life again.
Nobody is coming to build your dream life for you.
(And that’s the best news ever.)
Because once that hits…
You stop waiting.
You stop shrinking.
You stop distracting yourself with things that don’t matter.
In my 20s, I realized I’d been living on autopilot. I was floating, coasting, vibing, “living.”
Call it whatever you want, but really I was just passing time hoping something would magically change for me.
Spoiler alert: it didn’t.
Nothing changed until I did.
But the moment I decided to become the person who builds her own life—
my body changed,
my money changed,
my habits changed,
my future changed.
You ready for the hard truth?
No one is coming.
But you are capable of becoming everything you’ve been waiting for.

People say they don’t have money...
But then I see where it’s going.
$200 a month on DoorDash without blinking.
$10K on a vacation they can’t really afford.
$80 dinners every weekend because “we deserve it.”
But the second you bring up investing in their health mentorship, or a business that could create freedom — it’s suddenly “too risky.”
The truth is — it’s not about the amount.
It’s about what you value.
Every dollar you spend is a vote for the life you’re building.
Short-term comfort or long-term freedom.
Instant dopamine or lasting change.
I learned this the hard way.
I used to spend everything on convenience and quick fixes, wondering why I felt stuck.
Nothing changed until I started putting my money into things that actually paid me back.
Skills. Mentorship. Assets. Health.
That’s what creates freedom.
Not the next sale, not the next dopamine hit — discipline and direction.
It’s not income that keeps most people stuck. It’s priorities.
If you’re done trading your peace for convenience and ready to actually learn how to build something sustainable online —
DM me “FREEDOM” and I’ll send you the free training I recorded explaining exactly how I did it.
