Do YOU actually TRUST YOURSELF?!?
Cancer Season offers so many opportunities to take that sacred journey from the Head to the Heart….
But if we don’t feel safe honestly sharing our emotions with OURSELF, then we definitely won’t feel safe sharing them with another.
The solution is to become a safe person, a sacred refuge for ourself…to fully feel, to fully allow whatever emotion is present (even if it isn’t our preference).
Tomorrow is a Cancer New Moon, and all the feels might be there….can you practice allowing yourself to be a fully feeling human being….without shame, or judgment, or suppression.
The work you do on yourself is truly for us all! Thank you for your courage and compassion.

Welcome to Cancer Season!
It’s time to make the sacred journey from the Head to the Heart 💜
Gemini Season was all about the mind, but Cancer Season is allllll about those FEELS!
In order to make the most of the medicine available during this season it’s great to take an honest (compassionate) inventory about your relationship with your emotions.
Do you HONOR and ALLOW all your emotions, or perhaps only some?
And what about your processing mechanisms, do some of your coping skills need an upgrade?
Tis the season to do this work, and there’s extra energy available for your success.

I work with clients who are often in severe pain. Chronic pain. Physical AND psychological (because these two are often present together).
I’m not there to sugar coat anything, or pump them up, or dose out false hope.
I’m there as a non-judgmental loving presence where they can finally take off their armor.
When people are deeply heard, and deeply held with loving kindness, something magical happens.
They almost always know what they need, and they honestly express it aloud.
And then they admit they don’t know how to give it to themselves. It’s a stunning admission. And such a potent moment of potential.
My role then becomes to gently walk beside them to that holy place where they don’t yet know how to love themselves.
And it is absolutely holy ground. To bring love to where there was once hate. To bring forgiveness to where there was once shame. What is that but a holy miracle?! ✨
I am not the healer in this story. YOU are.
You are the One you’ve been waiting for.
But often we need the support of someone who’s walked that path before us to show us the way.
We’re all just walking each other home.
And I’m only here because of the guidance others have so graciously given me.
Walk in grace my friend. You are holy.

And one of the best ways is to notice the frequency of your thinking. Because whatever you’re thinking, you’re going to feel!
To heal that inner critic use the medicine of CURIOSITY ✨
Stay open (aka curious) to viewing something differently, including yourself.
The simple question, “How can I see this differently?” can make miracles happen.
I know from experience from healing BIG things in my life, as well as from working with thousands of clients.
Your mind can be your greatest asset or your worst enemy. Choose wisely my friend!
