SENSUAL!!
Thought I would share because the benefit is huge!
I was reminded that to have a different experience with life, to set a different tone, one can just embrace a more sensual perspective. So at first you may question the word “sensual”. This just means slowing down to appreciate the very things that make us human…our senses.
I think most of just blow through our day trying to stay on task and on a schedule. To bring and attractive more joy, more peace, more aligned results, is appreciating life on a simple yet sensual level. It really is quite astounding and unexpected. My mornings are pretty much aligned with this but I have to admit I literally shut it off once my morning moments are complete. Pretty crazy! No more!!
There is so much that is being overlooked because of what appears to be so much chaos currently in our world. But what hums underneath all of that is a new foundation just waiting to be explored.
I am being encouraged to remember this is not meant to be “hard” or take up “time” but more so, to just pause and sink momentarily with my senses into whatever I am doing. Something lovely will change with practice. Give it a try!

She tells me all the time how ugly her hands are…and I reminder her, those are the hands that gave so much love through 70 years of cooked meals, a million miles driving everyone everywhere, knitted and crocheted prayers into 100’s of scarves and blankets, held several other’s hands while they passed, hugged SO many people around the world…the list could go on and on…those are the hands of Love …and they are beautiful!!!
If you have someone older that you know…take a moment and send them a card or postcard of photo…tell them how much you appreciate them..how much they mean to you or simply let them know you are thinking of them. They grew up in a time when cards and letters really meant something. Believe me, it will make their day! Let them know, they still have worth in the world! 🌹❤️
