It’s February y’all…
Which means it’s time for another monthly challenge! This month we will focus on our abdominals and core strength!!

Set a timer for 10 minutes. You have five exercises to perform for one minute and after exercise five, you will repeat!

1. Windshield Wipers with Leg Lift
2. Sprinter-Sprinter Suitcase
3. V-Ups Right
4. V-Ups Left
5. Spider-Man Pushups
