I wanted to let you know that I am back in the virtual studio. Its time to build community and want you to join me. A live session will be added every Tuesday at 8:35 AM. If you cannot make it live, then the new session will be put in by Saturday of that week.

I really want to spread the knowledge that I have gained. In the virtual studio, we will be working with women’s health, nervous system regulation, functional movement, breathing, and ball rolling.
