1) Roughly 75% of HBCU don’t have accredited occupational therapy programs.
2) HBCU’s graduate the largest number of Black doctors to this day. However, there remains a lack of black OT’s and medical professionals nationwide.
3) I believe concentrated efforts make for a firm foundation.
4) We need to be the next generation to pave the way.
