These stairs needed to be remodeled homeowner said they were 50 years old… don’t wait that long call me and we will make it safe to walk down to your dock again.

Haven’t posted for awhile here is pt. 1 of a 2 story deck we built last year. Check out that transformation!

Started are year out with this build lots of hours went into this one the main deck is 16’x34’ framed 12” on center with treated LVL joist covered with a waterproof bladder system. Then we decked everything with timbertech azek pvc decking (weathered teak) with (dark hickory) fascia board. All wrapped with are custom cable handrail. Then we ran cedar T&G for the soffit under the deck. This was a big job that had its challenges but like always we get through them and get it done! Ready to enjoy the summers on the lake!

Rock island deck build! This was a fun/challenging build dealing with the cliffside but we got it done and it came out awesome pretty cool spot to have out your back door! Let me know what you think in the comments!
