Tried to go back this week to get summit star stats.

That was a mistake.

Did 1 bundle and got hit with a "delivered to wrong address" email and 1 star review. 💥* #$& You!💥

I've lived here for 31 years.
I have over 325 orders.

I double check ALL my addresses and APT numbers and complex building numbers. 💯

Are YOU sure you put in the correct address? Did you know that you can text or call your shopper?👋

This is stupid. People are stupid.

I asked for a tip audit last week. Shipt got back to me about 48 hours later, AFTER I got almost $40 from orders 2-3 weeks ago. Ironically my current tips are now coming in on time.
