When I decided to launch TDL Solutions,LLC after spending 15 years in the corporate world, I found it difficult to translate my skills into the small business world. I presented my services as “executive support,” but after speaking with a fellow entrepreneur, they helped me realize I was undervaluing myself and that I was actually providing project management services.

I’m sure a lot of new business owners have been in this boat, learning to recognize your own value is a big lesson, and it’s one I’m still integrating.

In just 18 months since I started TDL Solutions, my business has grown into so much more than I originally imagined. Today, I own the title: Outsourced Project Manager for small business owners.

Examples of Projects:

✔️ Marketing projects – managing website refreshes, coordinating designers and developers, and keeping social media campaigns moving from idea to ex*****on.
✔️ Administrative projects – overseeing event planning, move coordination, and all the little details that make big transitions feel smooth instead of stressful.
✔️ Operations projects – leading system integrations and process implementations so tools actually talk to each other and teams know what to do, when.

Today, my favorite work is partnering with business owners who have a never ending project list with limited bandwidth, and taking those projects across the finish line. It feels good to finally name and own the value of that.
