💲 Pay: $20–$22/hour to start
📈 Growth: 90-day performance review with opportunity for increase

✔️ A strong leader who can manage and support a team
✔️ Organized and able to keep schedules running smoothly
✔️ Experienced in residential cleaning (preferred, but not required)
