I'm so excited for you to start your training journey with us!

A little bit about myself! I'm a CPT through the National Academy of sports medicine(NASM). I'm a wife, a mom, part time educator and a personal, group fitness trainer! My husband and I started a home gym business in 2020. In the midst of a pandemic with gyms closing down we transformed our Garage shop into a gym where friends and family can train. I've always been passionate about fitness and wanted to do more!

Now a ladies only space, I lead group sessions 4-5x a week and train one on one clients. My gym is aimed to help women feel at home with step by step training, whether you're a beginner or a gym veteran. Our bodies can always improve for the better!
