Left is Feb 9 and the right is this morning! I feel like I am finally making progress! CrossFit is going to be re-entering the picture after this next FDCC! For now I continue intermittent fasting and for my workouts!

My full time job for the next year or so.....still getting my training in especially since I need to quickly adapt to this elevation here which is around 4400ft! So I did a quick and easy jog this morning and this afternoon/evening I will do a second workout...possibly the one that has planned for today. For now it’s time to see what I have to do for the day before the fun part, aka my workout!
