Private-equity firm acquires leading foundation, crawl space and basement repair and waterproofing company

Succession Capital Partners (SCP), a specialty private-equity firm focused on the micro-cap alternative asset class in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, announced today the acquisition of JES Foundation Repair (JES). JES is the Mid-Atlantic's premier provider of foundation repair, crawl space moisture management, and basement waterproofing solutions with five offices serving Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., North Carolina and Indiana.
